Vitamin E USP

Composition : E-Cap 200 : Each E-Cap soft gelatin capsule contains Vitamin-E USP 200 I.U.

E-Cap 400 : Each E-Cap soft gelatin capsule contains Vitamin-E USP 400 I.U.

E-Cap 600 : Each E-Cap soft gelatin capsule contains Vitamin-E USP 600 I.U.

Indications : Vitamin E is used for the treatment & prevention of Vitamin E deficiency. There is a possible need for

supplimentation of Vitamin-E in the diet of pregnant & lactating women and for new born infants where anemia can arise as a result

of insufficiency of Vitamin-E. Vitamin-E has been tried in the treatment of various disorders including angina pectoris,

hypercholesterolaemia,intermitte claudication, fibrocystic breast disease, cancer, nocturnal leg cramps, osteoarthritis etc.

Vitamin-E has also been claimed to enhance athletic performance.

Dosage and Administration : 1-2 capsules daily or as directed by the registered physician.

Adverse Effects : Vitamin-E is usually well tolerated. Large doses may cause

diarrhoea, abdominal pain and other gastro-intestinal disturbances.

Contra-indication : Known hypersensitivity to Vitamin-E.

Packing :

E-Cap 200 : Each box contains 60 capsules in blister pack.

E-Cap 400 : Each box contains 50 capsules in blister pack.

E-Cap 600 : Each box contains 30 capsules in blister pack.
